Leadership: What Is it?

We are leaders in some way. Google Defines leadership as the action of leading a group of people or an organization. 

With such a generic definition it leads me to think of the following questions about leadership.

Is leadership the courage to do what is difficult?

Is leadership engaging when we don't feel like it?

Is leadership innovating? Motivating? 

Is leadership guiding those around us?

Is it something else entirely?

It takes character to be a quality leader. Quality leaders are more important now than ever. Now is the time for us to step up to the leadership plate in our families, work and communities.
